Purpose
ISL is a think-and-act tank of thought leaders focused on Innovation, Strategy and Leadership to transform aging services. It generates new ideas and acts as a catalyst to advance creative solutions. It helps its members stay informed, gain trusted peer insights, and become inspired to advance change.

ISL's invite-only membership is comprised of CEOs of aging service organizations and thought-leadership partners. They are open-minded, curious, and visionary big thinkers who like to be inspired & challenged by each another and innovators from other sectors..
History
Seeing the need for focused leadership and strategic visioning before the first Baby Boomers turned 65, ISL was formed in 2009. Now that the aging of the population is in full-swing, ISL's collaborative thought-leadership work is more important than ever. New elders are rightfully expecting more out of later life, and from organizations that offer housing and services. ISL's members are asking the unorthodox questions and seeking new ways of enabling healthspan, joy and fulfillment in later life.
